President Message

I congratulate and give my best wishes to the Department of computer Science for launching new website of the college.
    I extend my greetings and welcome you all to the new academic session 2018-19 of Guru Nanak Khalsa College, Karnal and wish you all success in your career and a life full of happiness.
    After the demise of my esteemed father S. Tara Singh, EX MP, who remained President  of this college Governing Body for 31 years, I took over the responsibility as the President, Governing Council. The college has made its name in Academics, Sports, Cultural and extra Curricular activities in Haryana and assure you the full support and encouragement from the managing committee of the college. 
    For an institution to survive and sustain, it must have sufficient infrastructure and dedicated man power. We are privileged that our college has an excellent infrastructure and an experienced and talented faculty fully dedicated to the cause of students. Supporting staff of the college also deserves praise for their untiring efforts towards furthering the growth of this institution.
    An impressive entrance gate dedicated to the memory of my late father has been completed this year. A full-fledged bank branch is being opened shortly and an IGNOU study centre will start functioning from the current session. The managing committee of the college is fully committed for the spread of education to the rural areas of the region, we have covered some distance but still we have miles to go. With the grace of Waheguru, we will succeed in our mission of spreading higher education among the people.
